Whether it be in our vaulted 18th century room or out on the patio, by the stone fountain, you will enjoy the authentic yet creative cooking of Olivier, our chef. Every evening there is a special menu on offer which has fresh local produce and fare on it for a limited number of privileged diners.
Amongst Olivier's specialities are: the Tian de légumes provençaux avec son jus de tomate glacé au basilic (a typical provençal vegetable dish), the carré dagneau farci aux pignons de pin et son cayeux daïl rôti (a rack of lamb special recipe), the parfait ardéchois (a traditional dessert from the Ardèche)
